The Custom Traffic LED Warning System helps emergency vehicles enter the roadway. Beacons can be installed on the roadways approaching a fire station or ambulance station. When crews need to leave the station, the roadway beacons can be activated from a station mounted remote transmitter with push button, or from a portable remote transmitter inside an emergency vehicle. This system is completely autonomous; each unit is solar powered and does not require external power. The units with-in a system communicate with spread spectrum radio. What this means is there is no trenching or digging up the road. No hook-up to the electrical grid and no power bills. The system is self-contained and easy to install at existing stations.
