The portable LED Runway End Identifier Lights (REILs) are the most installed portable battery powered LED runway end light system in its class. Consisting of two strobe lights located at each side of the runway at the approach end, the LED REIL system identifies the runway end or threshold of a visual or instrument non-precision runway. With radio control from air, ground or tower, four LED lighting intensities in visible, infrared or dual mode output can adhere to FAA, ICAO and covert military operating environments for any time of LED runway lighting operation. Ergonomically constructed to endure all weather environments, a rapid ‘drop in’ charging system with extensive run times cut down on management and maintenance costs, improving the total cost of ownership. Optionally, the LED runway end identifier light can be solar powered for permanent LED runway lighting installations with no power input required.
