This typically involves educating all the different facets of a facility including management, accounting, purchasing, engineering and maintenance staff to attend a technical training event so they have a better understanding of what is possible, how solar works, what’s involved, what it costs and what the steps are to proceed. The ability of the entire team to ask questions really helps put into perspective what the concerns are and helps to what path you want to go down and why.
If you need your staff to be better educated on the differences between off grid solar systems, grid tie systems, and storage systems or if you want to simply focus on commercial grid tie or solar farms, we will put a custom training package together for whatever your team requires.
After a project is completed, we can also work a post-installation staff training in to ensure all involved understand how the system works, how to troubleshoot as well as any maintenance or servicing required.
