The Solar Series LED Hold Position Light is designed for permanent, temporary, or portable operations. The standard 20 watt solar engine is integrated on the top of the fixture. As an alternative, the LED Hold Position Light can also be special ordered with the solar engine separate (to be mounted up to 3 metres away from light housing) for airfields that have specific height parameters. Radio control is optional for on demand operations from the ground or ATC tower.
The LED Hold Position Light is available with 8” or 12” LEDs lenses, and with housing options of yellow, green or black.
The LED Hold Position Light is designed to run continuously. The self-contained solar engine eliminates trenching and electrical bills. The installation is simple with pre-assembled parts and quick connect wiring.
With a UV-resistant polycarbonate light head, impact-resistant polycarbonate LED lens and the powder coated single aluminum enclosure housing the solar panels the LED Hold Position Light is built for years of durability.
Designed and manufactured in Canada, the LED Hold Position Light is backed by an industry leading 5-year warranty, excluding batteries.
